A teen who was wanted in connection with failing to attend police bail has been arrested.
The 16-year-old was arrested yesterday afternoon in High Street, Canvey.
He was spotted in King George's Park on the island.
He was is police custody yesterday.
A spokesman for Essex Police: "A 16-year-old boy from Hadleigh was arrested on Saturday 20 April for failing to answer police bail.
"He was charged with causing grievous bodily harm on October 19, criminal damage and assault by beating on October 27, assault by beating on November 20 last year, and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker on December 30.
"He was also detained for breaching a court order.
"The boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday 22 April."
