A couple of garages have been completely destroyed after a bin went up in flames.
Fire crews from Braintree, Coggeshall and Witham were called to Notley Road, Braintree, around 5pm today.
Upon arrival, they found a wheelie bin had accidentally caught fire and the blaze had spread to a nearby shed, fence and double garage.

Two houses next to the garages were also affected.
Crews worked for over an hour before extinguishing the blaze by 6.20pm.
Both the shed and garages were completely destroyed while both houses suffered some damage.
The cause of the fire has been recorded as accidental.
All three emergency services were called to the scene but it is unclear if anyone was injured.
