A PASSERBY was cut by men attempting to burgle a pharmacy.
Police have arrested two men after a break-in was reported at Priory Pharmacy in East Hill, Colchester, at 10.25pm on Sunday.
It was reported a pair had broken in armed with a knife and smashed a window at the pharmacy, which is run by Day Lewis, and were searching the building.
A man in his 50s then challenged the suspects and suffered a cut to his shoulder before the suspects ran off.
Police searched the area and arrested a 41-year-old man and a 31-year-old man from Colchester.
They remain custody.

The pharmacy was previously targeted by raiders in December last year.
