After a meal in town on a very windy Thursday we walked to Colchester Bus Station to get the No1 to Ambrose Avenue.
The stop had no weather protection so with 10 minute wait we thought we would shelter in the "bus station".
Despite it only being 9.23pm, the door was locked.
On closer investigation we would have chosen to wait in the cold anyway as it was disgusting.
There was bubble gum, drinks spilt on sills, food on floor and no bin.
We don't think this gives out a very attractive message for people visiting Colchester.
