Part of the A12 will be closed for SIX nights over the next nine days.
The road will be shut for three nights in both directions between junctions 20a and 20b at Hatfield Peverel.
For the first three nights it will be closed northbound and for the last three nights it will be closed southbound.
A diversion will be in place through Hatfield Peverel while contractors carry out bridge inspection work.
It will be shut from 9pm until 5am every night from Monday, March 18 until Tuesday, March 26 except on the Friday and at the weekend.
