Large housing developers tend to reduce the number of affordable houses being built so as not to see a dip in profits.
Indeed, greed can be a downfall and when people can no longer afford to buy homes it will cause a crash and many will suffer.
I also find it sad Colchester Council has lots sight of God and taken to building and worshipping false prophets like the elephant to be build on a roundabout.
I believe a more sensible use of money would be to use it to help the homeless.
Anyone walking from Colchester North station to the town centre would be overcome by traffic.
