A MAN has been charged with a number of offences including assault and criminal damage.
Tendayi Mutukudzi, 38, of no fixed address, was arrested on Friday March 1 and charged with assault and two counts of common assault. Three people were involved in the alleged incident.
He was also charged with harassment, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and two counts of criminal damage.
The offences were alleged to have taken place in or near the Greenstead area of Colchester between Wednesday February 20 and Friday March 1.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
