Traffic is building on the A12
SHEETS of plastic which have fallen off a vehicle are blocking part of the A12.
The debris is causing traffic to build on the London bound carriageway between junction 22 and 21 at Witham.
Essex Traffic Control says the large sheets are blocking part of the road.
