Three teenagers arrested after vulnerable man was allegedly exploited
THREE teenagers have been arrested following reports that a vulnerable man was being exploited in Clacton.
A 19-year-old man and two teenage boys were arrested near Skelmersdale Road shortly before 2.40pm on Monday.
All three were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
One of the teenagers was also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and theft.
A spokesman for Essex Police said the three teenagers are currently in custody for questioning.
