Creative Quarter hoardings
Colchester Council recently put up a very tasteful soft screen around the broken up site where Alumno want to build.
It uses the term Cultural Quarter which I think I remember Councillor Tim Young saying we should stop referring to it as that.
However, half of it has fallen over and exposed the site again.
So, was it the wind? Foul deed by persons unknown? Or sloppy set-up?
When will the advertising screen be restored to its greatness?
