A FAST food chain has appeal against Tendring Council's decision to refuse planning permission for an outlet in Colchester.
The council turned down proposals from KFC to build a new restaurant and drive-thru on the site, in Ipswich Road.
An appeal has now been lodged with the planning inspectorate which will determine whether or not planning permission can be granted.
