A DRUG driver has been banned from driving for two years after being arrested in Cressing.
Matthew Yates, 37, was arrested on Wednesday, July 11, after being stopped by officers in Cressing Road.
Yates, of The Holborn, in Madeley, Cheshire, was convicted of driving while unfit through drugs.
As well as the 24 month ban, he also been ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 in costs.
He is the latest driver to be convicted following Essex Police's #DriveSafeDriveSober campaign which ran this summer.
