A MAN is set to appear in court after being charged in connection with the stabbing of a man.
The 40-year-old victim suffered multiple injuries in the attack in Mandeville Road, Marks Tey, last Wednesday.
He remains in hospital.
Donald Adu, 24, of Howard Road in Stoke Newington, London, was arrested on Saturday and charged yesterday with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
A 15-year-old boy from Colchester has been arrested today on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of drugs with intent to supply. He is currently in custody for questioning.
And a 20-year-old woman from Islington was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder and has been released under investigation.
