Delays after fire reports on Witham A12
Traffic is slow on the northbound carriageway of the A12 near Witham.
Essex Traffic Centre reported a broken down van near junction 21, Witham south/B1389, and a fire near the side of the road at 4.53pm.
The centre is awaiting further updates, but traffic is slow moving in the area.
