Traffic building due to burst water main
TRAFFIC is slow in Colchester this morning due to a burst water main.
There are traffic lights at the mini roundabout in Mill Road, and there is slow moving traffic in both directions.
The burst water main is at the junction with Turner Road.
Three way temporary traffic lights are in use while the main is fixed.
