ONE of Harwich’s biggest event’s of the year takes place this weekend.
The Harwich Sea Festival and Lifeboat Day takes place on Sunday, July 29, between 11am and 5pm.
Among the highlights will be the ever-popular duck race, a firefighting tug display and best dressed boat competition.
Dozens of different stalls will line Harwich Quay, along with an array of musical entertainment from a selection of live bands throughout the day.
Nautical attractions will be provided by the RNLI which will include a variety of sailing boats on Harwich Quayside.
