SEVEN pals – including an 82-year-old pensioner – will bare all tonight as they go the Full Monty for charity.

The boys are appearing in the all-together at a sell-out show at Charnallies restaurant in Clacton as they recreate the famous final striptease scene from the blockbuster film.

It's all being done in the best possible taste – and raising money Prostate Cancer UK.

The Cheeky Chaps show is being staged by Jackie Alligan, whose hubby Jack, 76, is being treated for the disease after being diagnosed at Christmas.

Jackie said: "They've been rehearsing for about four weeks.

"The oldest is Bob Welton who is 82 but still goes to the gym every day, and the youngest is 38."

The courageous cast also includes John Crocker, Pete Tristrant, Steve Hunt, Mark Penn, Jamie Hobbs and Brian Henesy.

Jackie hopes the show will raise money and awareness.

"My husband has prostate cancer but was treated very quickly and hopefully they caught it in time," she said.

"He's on hormone treatment and radiotherapy and they think he is going to be okay.

"We just want to give something back."

Jack had showed no signs of the disease.

Luckily his son-in-law urged him to go for a routine test carried out by men's health charity CHAPS and funded by Clacton Rotary.

"He had no symptoms whatsoever," said Jackie.

"My son-in-law is with Rotary and said it wouldn't hurt to be tested.

"Our doctor was then very quick getting him into hospital and they started sorting him out – we were lucky."

More than 100 tickets have been sold for tonight's fundraiser.

Jackie hopes the event, which also includes a disco, raffle and auction, will raise more than £1,000.

"It will be very funny – I can assure you of that," she said.
