A PERVERT who twice filmed himself performing sex acts in alleyways has been fined after failing to keep police up to date with changes to his passport and bank accounts.

Former solider Lewis Jeanes videod himself with his privates exposed in lanes in Hook in Hampshire and in Valentinus Crescent, Colchester.

In both clips, women were seen walking into shot as Jeanes filmed.

He also filmed a woman showering in a London hotel and himself again performing a sex act as she emerged and brushed her teeth.

Jeanes, 35, was convicted of three counts of exposure and one of voyeurism for the offences which took place in 2014 last year.

As part of his punishment he was put on the sex offenders register meaning he has to keep police notified of changes to bank accounts and identification documents.

During a routine meeting with officers, it emerged Jeanes had lost his passport and replaced it with a new one, received a new card for a bank account he rarely uses and closed another account.

He admitted three breaches of his order when he appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.

Paul Baker, mitigating, said the offences had been an oversight.

He said: “It was an error of his understanding of his conditions.

“Police would have been completely unaware without Mr Jeanes complying in the first place.

“He made full admissions to them.”

The court heard Jeanes, who used to be a staff sergeant in the Army, had been discharged from his position following his convictions and was now unemployed but was receiving rental income and had some savings.

Before the latest incident, he had convictions for sending explicit pictures of his privates to women over the internet.

Magistrates fined Jeanes, of Coggeshall Road, Marks Tey, £440. He must also pay £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.
