A CLUB-GOER has denied sexually assaulting a woman at Colchester nightclub Atik.
District judge John Woollard heard Karl Halsey, from Clacton, allegedly touched the woman’s buttocks outside of her clothing during a night out at the High Street venue in May.
Halsey also denied a charge of assault by beating relating to the same woman and another two alleged victims.
The 25-year-old, of Harrow Road, Clacton, denied all four charges at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
He will next appear at Ipswich Crown Court in July.
Halsey was granted conditional bail and banned from visiting the nightclub.
