YES, it's back and it's big.

The 12th annual V Festival in Hylands Park, Chelmsford promises to be just as, if not more, exciting than last year.

Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol will headline the V Stage on Saturday and Kasabian and The Killers doing the honours on Sunday.

But that's not all.

The full line up is sqeezed full of bands from Ocean Colour Scene to Mika and the Goo Goo Dolls, there's something for everyone this weekend at Hylands Park.

Blur fans will be itching to see Colchester schoolboy Graham Coxon return to V, who last appeared as a guitarist with Blur in 1997.

And Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker - who is credited with coming up with the idea for the two-venue festival - will make an appearance for the first time in 11 years as a solo artist.

There's still uncertainty surrounding whether jazz diva Amy Winehouse will make it to the festival - she's due to perform on Saturday - but she's currently suffering exhaustion'. And Lily Allen, who is to sing on Sunday, has quashed rumours that she won't appear due to a sore throat.

There's sure to be some interesting camping stories and you can add one of your own as you fight for one of the 1,015 Portaloos dotted around the site.

If you're a star-spotter, keep an eye out for a heavily pregnant Myleene Klass, former Hear'Say singer and television presenter. Apparently she's desperate to be at the festival and will be surrounded by a team of medics - just in case!

For those driving to the festival or just passing through, be aware of the potential traffic snarl-ups and road closures. Special signs will direct festival-goers to the site. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get to the site.

The full line up includes Pink, Kanye West, Paolo Nutini, The Coral, The Thrills, Primal Scream, Happy Mondays, James Morrison, The Fratellis, Manic Street Preachers, Damien Rice, and Bedouin Soundclash.

The Kooks will now headline on Saturday and Basement Jaxx will headline on Sunday. For up to date information on the V Festival website
