LIFEBOAT crews from the RNLI presented a pub in Burnham with a trophy to recognise them as the top fundraisers in the area.
The team from the Burnham RNLI visited the Queen's Head pub, in Providence, to present landlady Diane Pooley with the Top Box Trophy.
The prize was awarded to the pub for raising the most money for the RNLI in Burnham and Southminster in 2017.
More than £4,000 was raised in total, with £728.68 coming from the Queen's Head.
A spokesman for the RNLI said: "A grand total of £4,026.20 was donated by the generous residents and visitors in the RNLI collecting boxes last year.
"We are incredibly grateful for such generous and astounding support."
