ARSONISTs targeted a toilet block on a beachfront today.
A spokesman for Essex Fire Service said: "Crews from Clacton were called to Marine Parade at 3.46pm this afternoon.
"On arrival firefighters reported that an area of roof space of a public toilet block was alight.
"Firefighters extinguished the fire by 4.12pm.
"The cause has been recorded as deliberate."
