A CRASH is causing delays to commuters on the A12 at Stanway.
An accident involving two vehicles has left part of the northbound carriageway blocked.
The smash happened at around 8am and is causing delays just after Junction 26, Stanway.
UPDATE 8.58am
All lanes have now been reopened following the accident after Junction 25.
Traffic is moving slowly.

An East of England Ambulance spokesman said: "We were called to an accident on the A12 at Stanway at 7.53am.
"It was a collision between two vehicles and we sent an ambulance and an ambulance officer.
"We treated one male and one female at the scene for minor injuries, neither were taken to hospital."
UPDATE 11.59am
The accident involved two cars on the northbound carriageway, at the Marks Tey slip road near Junction 25.
One commuter, who drove past the scene at around 9am, said he saw two damaged cars.
"A grey car was off the road in the undergrowth, up against a tree," he said.
"A blue car had damage to its side.
"It looked as if a car had been trying to merge onto the A12 and collided with another.
"Police had cordoned off the road."
