A CARE home has got the thumbs up from inspectors.
The Care Quality Commission said Jamesons Residential Care Home, in Wormingford Road, in Fordham, was safe, caring and effective.
It also said it was responsive and well led by management.
It was rated good overall.
The reported said: "People told us the service was a safe place to live and that there were sufficient staff available to meet their needs.
"Staff were able to demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of people's specific support needs, so as to ensure their and others' safety."
Inspectors from the commission paid the home an unannounced visit in December last year to inspect standards.
The service provides care for people who need nursing or personal care or those who have learning disabilities.
At the time of inspection, 16 people were living at the home.
