A LUCKY raffle winner has driven away with a brand new Fiat 500 as part of a charity challenge.
Commodity brokers Delphi Derivatives sold tickets costing £100 each for the annual St Helena Hospice £50 challenge where entrants have to turn their cash into the highest amount possible for the charity.
D Salmon Cars in Sheepen Road, Colchester, provided the new vehicle which was won by Lynzy Plackett.
Co-founder of Delphi Derivatives James Kelland said: “This year we decided to spend the money on printing £50 of raffle tickets and spoke to the car company about what price we could get the car at.”
Mark Farress from D Salmon Cars said: “We were approached and were happy to do our bit for the hospice and give a best price.”
