St Helena Hospice is inviting families to take on its new Bubble Rush challenge on Saturday, September 5, at High Woods Country Park, Colchester.
The event, from 11am until 4pm, will see people walk, jog or run a 5km route with a difference.
Each will encounter four “bubble stations”, where high-powered cannons will blow 30 cubic metres of colourful bubbles a minute.
Fees are: Earlybird entry (until August 7) adults £15, under-16s £7.50. After August 7: Adults £20, under-16s £10. On the day: Adults: £25, under-16s £15. Under-fives take part for free.
Registration closes on August 30.
The event will not have a minimum sponsorship. Anyone who raises £100 by September 13 will get their entry fee back.
