Thousands flocked to enjoy the 100th Tendring Show.
Crowds filled the showground in Lawford to enjoy everything the popular country show had to offer.
Activities on offer included horse competitions, dog agility, cattle and sheep showing as well as competitions for rabbits, goats and donkeys.
Classic cars drew admiration while the food halls offering a range of delicacies from frozen yoghurt to oysters were full.
Visitors to the show could also try their hand at fly fishing, learn about bees and see sheep dogs herding ducks.
Ice cream and drinks stalls were busy as families cooled down in the hot summer sunshine.
