A JUDGE has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man accused of possessing a knife in public.
Ian Beeson, 42, of Legerton Drive, Clacton, failed to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court for a plea hearing in connection with the case.
He is alleged to have been in possession of a knife in Old Road, Clacton, on August 15 last year.
