A HAIRDRESSER grinned through the pain as he had his legs waxed for charity.
Benn Holbrook-Morris, owner of Benjamin Charles Hairdressing, on North Hill, Colchester, braved his colleagues who tore strips of hair below his knees.
He was raising money for Cancer Research.
He said: “I am completely bare from below my knees but they forgot to do my feet.
“I’ve now got cyclist legs.
“It hurt at first but you get used to it after a while. But I had to scream for the cameras so gave it my best shot.”
Mr Holbrook-Morris, who opened his salon two years ago, signed up to the challenge after his beautician Leigh Oliver suggested it.
Many of the staff at Benjamin Charles know people who have fought cancer and wanted to do something to help.
Staff are still counting up the amount raised.
