A SCHOOL in Wivenhoe needs improvement according to its latest Ofsted report.
Inspectors visited Broomgrove Junior School last month and said more needed to be done to support progress in years three and four and in writing.
But the report praises the behaviour and safety of pupils and said there is capacity to improve at the school, which has 232 pupils.
Headteacher Matthew Fuller, who took over in September, said: "I think the report is very positive as it talks about the issues and the key part is the capacity to improve is there."
