A WOMAN from Colchester has been quizzed by cops after a student had her throat slashed.
The victim, 22, was attacked in the Cafe de Parish nightclub in Piccadilly, London, in the early hours of Sunday.
Police arrested a woman, 28, from the Colchester area yesterday morning on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. She is being kept in custody overnight.
The victim, a student from East London, was taken to hospital with a “significant” injury, where she was treated for wounds to her neck and hand following the attack at 2.30am. She was attacked by at least one woman, and it is though a piece of broken glass was used to slash her across the throat.
