A TENANT is calling for action to solve a recurring mould problem in her council home.
Clare Giles, 28, has tried twice to treat the mould in her one-bedroom flat and even redecorated but the problem keeps returning.
Miss Giles, who has a six-month-old daughter Freya, saida n inspector from Colchester Borough Homes, which manages council-owned houses, visited her Fuchsia Court, Greenstead, address before Christmas but no action has been taken.
A Colchester Borough Homes spokesman said: "Colchester Borough Homes is aware of concerns at this property regarding damp and has been working to minimise its impact for the tenant, and will continue to offer our support and advice."
