Dr Chris Hall Dr Chris Hall died peacefully at home on Monday 29 January 2024, 85 years young. Beloved Husband to Liz, amazing Dad to Alex, Matt, Joe and Ben, and loving Grandpa to Finley, Adrien, Manon, Eddie, Louis, Alice, Rose, Bethany and Thomas. A celebration of his life will be held at Christ Church, Colchester, on Friday 1st March at 2pm. Wear something colourful, if you wish. The service will be followed by a reception at the Mayoral Suite at Colchester Town Hall. All very welcome to both. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Chris may be made to St Helena Hospice via www.hunnaball.co.uk or may be sent to Hunnaball of Colchester, York House, 41 Mersea Road, Colchester, Essex CO2 7QT. A great family doctor at Ambrose Avenue surgery for many years. A very kind man, much respected.

Worked for/with this lovely man for many years at Ambrose Surgery. We had many a laugh and Dr Hall had a very dry sense of humour. Usually turning up for work on his beloved bike. He will be sadly by many people. Thoughts go out to his lovely family
