Scottish fiddle player Catriona Price is going to be a very familiar figure at the Colchester Arts Centre over the next few weeks.
For not only is she about to perform at the Church Street venue with her four-piece group, Fara, on Monday, she’s coming back next month as part of her duo, Twelfth Day.
Following the release of their long awaited new studio album Cracks In The Room last year, the pair, which also includes harpist Esther Swift, embark on a UK-wide tour throughout March.
Having already moved Woman’s Hour presenter Jenni Murray to tears on Radio 4, they’re be looking to do the same to audiences in Colchester on March 26.
Appearing as guests of the Colchester Folk Club, for tickets, priced £11 and £10 for concessions, call the box office on 01206 500900.
