Proposed development at: 1 Lexden mews, Lexden Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 4DA. Take notice that application is being made by: Mrs Ellouise Havell For planning permission to: Private Road Adjacent to Lexden Mews. Description of proposed development: Picket Fencing painted black woodstain around private road leading to Lexden Mews replacing rotten posts, potholes filling and shingled to enhance the area. Gates for vehicles and gate for pedestrians to be erected in Natural oak. Sign on the front of the fence to say Lexden Mews Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Colchester Borough Council Planning Office, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 3WG Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
