THE DISTRICT OF TENDRLNG (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) NOTICE OF VARIATION 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that Tendring District Council under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), as further regulated by Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedures) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 has approved the following variations to the charges payable in respect of vehicles using the Council's off-street car parks which will come into effect on 1st April 2019.

The Charges are set out below for each parking place affected by the changes together with the charges that are currently payable.

If a car park is not mentioned below, then the charges will remain the same as present.
