NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council has received a planning application from Sewell's Reservoir Construction Ltd for Proposed retention of water management pipeline at Martells Quarry, Slough Lane, Ardleigh, Essex, CO7 7RU - ESS/14/18/TEN Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at www.essex.gov.uk/ viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808). Consultation on this application is open until 27 July 2018. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning; via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or in writing to the undersigned by 27 July 2018. (Scrips Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Suspension of One Way) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Scrips Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 37m southwest of its junction with Kelvedon Road for a distance of approximately 67m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Scrips Road, Coggeshall
in the District of Braintree as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Scrips Road, Coggeshall) (Prohibition of Entry) Order 2004'. The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 23rd July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03154834958 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement work is undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Scrips Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
