Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State on 31 May 2018 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that day
The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-
1. Adding a length of Footpath 57 Langham from Footpath 29 at Point A on the order plan in a generally west north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 190 metres to meet Footpath 26 at Point B. The width of the way is two metres.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Colchester Borough Council Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge.
If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act.

Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 Essex County Council Public Path Diversion Order 2018 Bridleway 2 Birch
The above order, made on 01 June 2018, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Bridleway 2 commencing at Mardys Green Road running in a generally easterly direction through the access drive and garden of Hogget's Farm, to an alternative route commencing from Mardys Green Road at the junction with Porters Green Road running in an easterly and then north, north easterly direction along the field edge perimeter until it re-joins the unaffected path.
A copy of the Order as has been placed and may be seen free of charge at Colchester Borough Council Offices, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG and Colchester Library and Community Hub, 21 Trinity Square, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JB and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Heather Eastwood, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH no later than 12th July 2018. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as unopposed. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Slough Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Slough Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Frating Road for a distance of approximately 625m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th July 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W00000WAJR5F6R -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of a new telegraph pole for customer connection works are undertaken
by BT.
An alternative route is available via Slough Lane, Bromley Road, Colchester Road, Ardleigh Road, Frating Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(St Ives Road, Peldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Ives Road, Peldon in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 168m north of its junction with Lower Road for a distance of approximately 59m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010497719 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Lower Road, Church Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hythe Station Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hythe Station Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 26m east of its junction with Hawkins Road for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction (10m either side of railway crossing). The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KL735COC-53-54-010718 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing regauging works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Hythe Station Road, Greenstead Road, Greenstead Roundabout, Elmstead Road, Clingoe Roundabout, Eastern Approach, Hawkins Road Roundabout, Hawkins Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Winnock Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Winnock Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 43m southeast of its junction with Kendall Road for a distance of approximately 32m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010496744 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Margaret Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Margaret Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester from a point approximately 75m south of its junction with Serpentine Walk for a distance of approximately 37m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03154733801 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while communication pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Golden Lane, Thorpe-le-Soken) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Golden Lane, Thorpe-le-Soken in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 400m northeast of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 33m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000709304 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying a new gas service works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.
An alternative route is available via Harwich Road, Landermere Road, High Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Crow Lane, Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 370m southwest of its junction with Hillhouse Lane for a distance of approximately 128m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000709000 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying a new gas service is undertaken by Cadent Gas.

(Eastwood Drive, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eastwood Drive, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Highwoods Approach to its other junction with Highwoods Approach, a distance of approximately 1411m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2249804 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Highclere Road, Highwoods Approach and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Boxted Road, Colchester) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 intends to make the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order: To introduce waiting restrictions on those lengths of road described below.
1. To revoke resident permit holders only (zone BR1) and restrictions and introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester
Road Description

Boxted Road - i. East side from a point opposite the north facing (St Pauls Hospital boundary of Formosa to a point 16 metres north slip road) of the southern boundary wall of Laurel Court

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2014 will be temporarily amended in so far as it relates to the waiting and restrictions detailed in this Notice. The Order will come into operation on 25 June 2018 and may continue in force for up to 18 months.
