Public Path Diversion Order 2018 In The District of Braintree Notice of Making of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 -Section 257 Footpath 60 Braintree
The above Order made on 4th June, 2018, will divert a part length of public Footpath 60 in the town of Braintree. Braintree District Council have granted Planning permission at Rayne Road (17/01973/FUL)to build residential housing which necessitates the re-routing of the footpath. A part length of Footpath 60 Braintree commencing from where it connects to the private road at grid reference 57432,22308 and running in an west south-westerly direction across the field for a distance of 160 metres to grid reference 57419,22299 then continuing in a south westerly direction across the field for a distance of 105 metres to grid reference 57415,22289 where it connects to the highway known as Rayne Road will be diverted to a new alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in a westerly then a south easterly direction then veering to a west south westerly direction for a distance of 81 metres to grid reference 57428,22303. Then continuing in a generally north-westerly direction for a distance of 57 meters to grid reference 57424,22307 then meandering in a generally west south westerly direction for a distance of 221 metres to grid reference 57409,22293 and finally in a south easterly direction along the field boundary for a distance of 52 metres to grid reference 57413,22289 where it connects to the aforementioned Rayne Road.
Any representation about or objection to an Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Laurence Page and addressed to the Definitive Map Team, A2 Seax House, County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1QH, no later than 12th July, 2018 and should state the grounds on which it is made. Please include an email address in your contact information. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Braintree District Council, as the Order Making Authority, may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order.
A copy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Braintree District Council Offices and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.75) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. 3. To introduce limited waiting 2 hours no return within 2 hours on the following length of road in the District of Braintree. Notley Green - North west side 123.6 metres from the Great Notley junction with Ragley Close/Stanstrete Field for a distance of 23.0 metres north east This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TL770 232 revision 1 to revision 2, TL770 235 revision 1 to revision 2 and by inserting tile number TL735 205.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Monday 25th June 2018

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment

No.76) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following lengths of Alfreg Road and Homefield Road, Witham in the District of Braintree: Road Description: Alfreg Road, NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with Witham the north eastern boundary of No. 16 Alfreg Road, in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 3.6 metres. Tile ref: TL805 135 revision 1 to revision 2, TL805 137 revision 2 to revision 3 Homefield NORTH SIDE: Road, Witham i. From a point in line with the western boundary of No.1 Homefield Road, in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 6.6 metres. ii. (Lofty Green Road, High Easter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lofty Green Road, High Easter in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 222m north of its junction with Shooters Hatch Road for a distance of approximately 528m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000000IBB9HJKZ - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace a damaged telephone pole works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Lofty Green Road, Onslow Green, Dunmow Road, Chelmsford Road, High Easter Road, Shooters Hatch Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 90m northwest of the junction with Thorne Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction (10m either side of railway track). The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 2 nights (works to take place between 23:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735LNT1-41M57CH-180618 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while railway works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Church Street, London Road, A12, Newland Street, Collingwood Road, Braintree Road, Rickstones Road, Church Road, Park Road, Parkgate Road, Hollow Road, Church Hill Church Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lakes Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lakes Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 87m northwest of its junction with Chapel Hill for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03154399649 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Railway Street, Coggeshall Road - Railway Street Junction, Coggeshall Road, Cressing Road, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Galley Roundabout, Cressing Road Roundabout, Millennium Way, North Roundabout, Chapel Hill Link Road, Chapel Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Saffron Gardens, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Saffron Gardens, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Dogs Chase to its junction with Silver Street, a distance of approximately 400m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2250400 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Silver Street, High Street, Hereward Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
