Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Tendring as specified:
Road
Hamilton Street, Parkeston
Description
EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1 metre south of the boundary of No's 29 & 31, southwards for a distance of approximately
7.5 metres.

EAST SIDE: From the common boundary of Flat 1/2 & 3/4 Roseland Court south-east for a distance of approximately 6.5 metres. Tile ref: TM175 150 revision 6 to revision 7
WEST SIDE: From a point approximately level with the southern flank wall of No. 9 First Avenue, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.7 metres. Tile ref: TM250 310 revision 5 to revision 6

WEST SIDE: From the boundary of No's 24 & 26, southwards for a distance of approximately
6.6 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM245 310 revision 3 to revision 4, TM235 320 revision 4 to revision 5, TM250 310 revision 5 to revision 6, TM175 150 revision 6 to revision 7. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 18 July 2018.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
