Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Development on east side of Warren Lane), Stanway in the Borough of Colchester:

Road
Description: Charles Bree From its junction with Laurence Byrne Avenue, Way, Stanway for its entire length including all turning heads. Ian Rose Drive, From its junction with Laurence Byrne Avenue, Stanway for its entire length including all turning heads. Joe Firmin From a point approximately 5 metres south east Close, Stanway of its junction with Warren Lane, for its entire remaining length including all turning heads. Wilfred Appleby From its junction with Laurence Byrne Avenue, Mews, Stanway for its entire length including all turning heads. (Grange Road, Tiptree) (40mph Speed Limit) (No.2) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III & Part IV to Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40mph speed limit on that length of Grange Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester from a point approximately 10 metres west from its junction with Vine Road in a westerly direction for approximately 570 metres to the existing 40mph speed limit located approximately 15 metres east of its junction with Pennsylvania Lane (The road is currently National Speed Limit). The Essex County Council (Grange Road, Tiptree) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2012 is hereby revoked, the restriction will continue in force by virtue of this order.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Paxman Avenue, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction
with Eldred Avenue to its junction with Gosbecks Road, a distance of approximately 490m. The closure is scheduled to commence on
19th June 2018 for 7 days (works to take place between 10:00-15:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2250519 - Essex County
Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Eldred Avenue, Walnut Tree Way, Shrub End Road, Gosbecks Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(Holly Road, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Holly Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Harvey Crescent for a distance of approximately 85m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th June 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2247594 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with
appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while
carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Holly Road, Juniper Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th May 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(Meadow Way, Jaywick) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Meadow Way, Jaywick in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Beach Crescent to its junction with St Christophers Way, a distance of approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on
11th June 2018 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM54537751 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public
and workforce while repairing broken sewer pipe works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Willow Way, Broadway, Meadow Way.
The Order came into effect on 24th May 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bird Lane, Elmstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bird Lane, Elmstead in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Brightlingsea Road to its junction with School Road, a distance of approximately 225m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2018 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBQPD6TJ07 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via School Road, St Osyth Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ecn03014, Colchester (Balkerne Hill Subway) in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 40m east of its junction with Balkerne Hill for a distance of approximately 100m in a westerly direction (entire length of subway). The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st May 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002314 -
Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while concrete refurbishment works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Crouch Street, Balkerne Hill, Crouch Street and vice versa.

in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Eastwood Drive, Colchester)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eastwood Drive, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with
Highwoods Approach to its other junction with Highwoods Approach, a distance of approximately 1411m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2249804 - Essex County Council). The scheduled
dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the
safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Highclere Road, Highwoods Approach and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(Hythe Hill, Colchester)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hythe Hill, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Maudlyn Road for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01454426773 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with
appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Hythe Quay, Hythe Quay Roundabout, Maudlyn Road, Maudlyn Road Roundabout, Hythe Hill Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,

(Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
a) To temporarily close that length of Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Bounstead Road, a distance of approximately 454m.
b) To temporarily close that length of Abberton Road, Layer-de-la-Haye in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Bounstead Road for a distance of approximately 550m in an easterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 8 days, (not both at the same time) or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC7W00ONEA541677AAA - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed
on www.roadworks.org. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling for new customer connection works are undertaken by BT. Alternative routes are:- for closure a) Bounstead Road, Berechurch Hall Road, Layer Road, High Road, Malting Green Road, Abberton Road and vice versa. for closure b) Bounstead Road, Berechurch Hall Road, Blackheath, Mersea Road, Layer Road, Abberton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(Home Farm Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Home Farm Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Little
Bromley Road to its junction with Harwich Road, a distance of approximately 890m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2018 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2250362 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may
vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the
public and workforce while works to repair carriageway defects are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Little Bromley Road, Hungerdown Lane, Tile Barn Lane, Harwich Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th May 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Road, Mount Bures)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Mount Bures in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m east of its junction with Craigs Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction (10m either side of railway track). The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2018 for 2 nights (works to take place between 22:30 to 05:30), or where stated on a valid permit (KL735SUD-52M-60CH-130618 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lifting of the level crossing works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

(The Chase, Holland On Sea)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Chase, Holland On Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Kings Parade for a distance of approximately 62m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2250773 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works
with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Kings Parade, Fernwood Avenue, The Chase and vice versa.
