(Footpath 27, East Donyland) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018
Further to a notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 6 April 2018. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: to temporarily close Footpath 27, East Donyland in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with High Street (adjacent to Property No.55), generally east for a distance of approximately 120 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 11 April 2018 for 5 weeks weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and work force while works are undertaken to restore the levels and surface of the footpath and to allow the associated developments works to be completed. The alternative route will be via Waterfront Promenade Footway, Footpath 24, East Donyland and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11 April 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 12 April 2018
