(St Michaels Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Michaels Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Southend Arterial Road to its junction with Bramble Road, a distance of approximately 709m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001870 - Castle Point Borough Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while litter picking works are undertaken by Castle Point Borough Council. An alternative route is available via Arterial Road, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A127 To A129 Westbound, Rayleigh Road, Daws Heath Road, Bramble Road.

The Order came into effect on 21st December 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Little Wheatley Chase and Bardfield Way, Rayleigh) (District of Rochford) (Prohibition of Waiting) (Amendment No.50) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To revoke all existing waiting and stopping restrictions on Little Wheatley Chase/Bardfield Way, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with London Road, south west then south east for a total distance of approximately 407 metres and as shown on TQ790 912, TQ790 917 revision 1 and TQ790 915 revision 3.



2. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Little Wheatley Chase and Bardfield Way, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford:



Road Description



Little Wheatley BOTH SIDES: From its junction with London Road

Chase, Rayleigh south westwards for approximately 19 metres.

WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 264.2 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for a distance of approximately 60 metres.

EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 281.5 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for its remaining length; a distance of approximately 54 metres.

As part of the scheme a TSRGD Bus Stop will be introduced on the following length of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 111 metres south west of its junction of London Road for a distance of approximately 22 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TQ790 912, TQ790 917 revision 1 to revision 2 and TQ790 915 revision 3 to revision 4.

(B148 West Mayne Dedicated Right Turn Slips, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on B148 West Mayne in the Borough of Basildon as follows:-

B148 West Mayne southbound dedicated right slip - from B148 West Mayne southbound into Lower Dunton Road. Alternative route - B148 West Mayne southbound, Buxton Link/ Mandeville Way roundabout, B148 West Mayne northbound, Lower Dunton Road.

B148 West Mayne northbound dedicated right slip - from B148 West Mayne northbound into Ford access road.

Alternative route - B148 West Mayne northbound, B148 West Mayne/ A127 roundabout, Dunton Technical Centre Road. The closures are scheduled to commence on 16th January 2018 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2239000 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while VRS repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 11th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Castledon Road, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castledon Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Kingley Drive for a distance approximately 100m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034780228 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Sudbury Road, Brock Hill, Swan Lane, Runwell Road, Runwell Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, Castledon Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 11th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Bardfield Way, Rayleigh

EAST SIDE: From its junction with Little Wheatley

Chase, south eastwards for a distance of approximately 67.5 metres.

SOUTH-WEST SIDE: From a point 32 metres north west of its junction with Langham Drive, south eastwards to a point 17 metres south east of that junction.

3. To introduce 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 2.45pm-3.45pm' restrictions on the following length of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford:



Road Description



Little Wheatley EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 19 metres Chase, Rayleigh south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 262.5 metres.

WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 176.6 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 44 metres.

4. To introduce 'No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 2.30pm-4pm On Entrance Markings' restrictions on the following length of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford:



Road Description



Little Wheatley WEST SIDE:

Chase,Rayleigh i. From a point approximately 133 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 43.6 metres.

ii. From a point approximately 220.6 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 43.6 metres.
