Notice is hereby given that HAT Properties Limited has applied in respect of the Café at 24 Trinity Street, Colchester, for a Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday-Saturday 12 noon-11pm and Sunday 12 noon-10pm. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 16 October 2017, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO 3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
