Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 69,
Myland in the Borough of Colchester,fromits junction with Mill Road
in aNorth West direction for approximately 70 metres.
The closureisscheduled to commence on 14th July 2017 for 6weeks
or whereappropriate signs areshowing and weather permitting.
The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while
the construction of awallisundertaken.
Thereisnoalternative route, but the footpath will be opened outside working hours.
The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) and 22(c) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the following lengths of road in the Borough
of Colchester:

Apart length of Footpath 15 Weeley, starting from whereitconnects to theA133 and running in asouth south westerly direction along the access road to Green Lane Farm and then in asouth easterly direction through the farm buildings and across the field for atotal distance of 650 metres to whereitjoins an existing track will be diverted to anew route commencing from whereitconnectstothe roundabout on the A133 and runs in agenerally southerly direction along the existing track for adistance of 470 metres to the same termination point above whereitcontinues unaffected.
Apart length of Footpath 19 Weeley, commencing from grid reference 61317,22241 and running in anorth north easterly direction along the existing track to the west of the lakes for atotal distance of 270 metres to whereitconnectstothe A133 will be diverted to anew route commencing at the same above point and running in an easterly direction along an existing track for adistance of 283 metres to where it connects to Footpath 15 Weeley,then continuing in anortherly and then an easterly direction along existing track for adistance of 190 metres to whereitmeets the highway at the roundabout on the A133. Apart length of Footpath 1Great Bromley,commencing from grid reference 60731,22653 and running in asouth westerly direction across the field for adistance of 455 metres to the north east of the pond adjacent to theA120will be diverted to anew routecommencing at the same point and running in awestsouth westerly direction along the field boundary for adistance of 380 metres then in asoutherly direction along the field boundary for afurther distance of 120 metres to the same above point whereitcontinues unaffected.
Borough of Colchester Footpaths 5and 11 Stanway
The above Order,confirmed on 16th June 2017, will divert public Footpaths 5and 11 in the parish of Stanway in the Borough of Colchester.All new routes will be 2metresinwidth. Apart length of Footpath 5starting from easternside of the new unnamed highway known at grid reference 59470,22399 and running in agenerally easterly direction north of the highway known as Church Lane for adistance of 464 metres to grid reference 59514,22405 whereitconnectstothe highway called Tollgate Road will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in agenerally easterly direction north of the highway known as Church Lane but further to the south than the current path, along an existing hardsurface for adistance of 470 metres to grid reference 59513,22404 whereitconnectstoTollgate Road. Afurther section of Footpath 5ofunknown width and shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Plan starting from grid reference 59466,22421 and running in asouth south easterly direction for a distance of 72 metres to grid reference59468,22414 will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in an easterly direction along the field boundary for adistance of 17 metres to grid reference59467,22421 and then in agenerally southerly direction along the field boundary for adistance of 72 metres to the same above point whereitcontinues unaffected. Apartlength of Footpath 11 starting from Church Road south of Oldhouse Farm and running in asouth easterly direction for adistance of 63 metres to grid reference59466,22386 will be diverted to an alternative route commencing from the same above point and running in agenerally southerly direction for adistance of 54 metres to grid reference 59464,22387 and then in asouth easterly direction for afurther distance of 17 metres to whereitcontinues unaffected. Acopy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Cochester Town Library for Stanway and at Tendring District Council Offices for Weeley.and both at the ChelmsfordPublicLibrary,Market Road, Chelmsfordduringnormal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map areavailable on request from the ChelmsfordLibrary at acharge. The new paths at Stanway will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and at Weeley they will come into effect on 28th July 2017, but if aperson aggrieved by an order wants to question its validity,orthat of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation to the Order, he or she may,under paragraph 2ofschedule 2tothe Act as applied by paragraph 5ofschedule 6tothe Act, within 6weeks from 13th July 2017 to make an application to the High Court. The closureisscheduled to commence on 4th September 2017 for27days, or where stated on avalid permit (EP201EH2222020 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths ofWeirLane, Rowhedge &WeirLane, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester,from itsjunction with MerseaRoad, to its junction with Fingringhoe Road for adistance of approximately 1361m. The closureisscheduled to commence on 31st July 2017 for 5days, orwhere stated on avalid permit (AD030H10383592M323/01 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates mayvary forthese works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closureis required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install new water main works areundertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative routeisavailable via Blackheath, Mersea Road, Mersea Road Service Road, Abbots Road, Old Heath Road, Fingringhoe Road and viceversa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have beencompleted, whichever is the earlier.

From its junction with Circular Road South, south for adistance of approximately 50 meters.
From its junction with Circular Road South, north east for adistance of approximately 80 meters to its junction with Circular Road East.
i. From its junction with Berechurch Road, north for adistance of approximately 272 meters.

ii. From its junction with Circular Road North/ FlagstaffRoad/Napier Road, south east for a distance of approximately 196 meters.

2. Atemporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closuretofacilitate the event. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The temporary stopping restrictions arescheduled to commence 8am on 14 July 2017 to 8pm on 15 July 2017 and the closures are scheduled to commence on 15th July 2017 between the hours of 6am to 8pm and arerequired for public safety while the 16 Air Assault Brigade and Colchester Garrison Show 2017 takes place. The Order will come into effect 14 July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The above Orders confirmed on 30th June 2017 will divert public Footpaths in the Parishes of Weeley and Great Bromley in the District of Tendring,
Apart length of Footpath 11 Weeley,commencing from where it connects to the B1033 on the west side of the roundabout and running in asouth south westerly direction across the field for adistance of 250 metres to whereitmeets the hedge-line will be diverted to anew route commencing from whereitconnectstothe B1441onthe east side of the roundabout and 120 metres further east than the current path and running in asouth westerly direction along the field edge on the west side of the drainage channel for adistance of 260 metres to the same termination point whereit continues unaffected.
