Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less

than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under

section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 69,

Myland in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Mill Road

in a North West direction for approximately 70 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2017 for 6 weeks

or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the

construction of a wall is undertaken.

There is no alternative route, but the footpath will be opened outside working hours.

The Order will come into effect on 14th July 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 67) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of Haven Road in the Borough of Colchester as specified: Road Description



Haven Road, BOTH SIDES: from its junction with the western kerbline Colchester of Distillery Lane, north west for a distance of



approximately 43 metres.

Schedule 1 of The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 is hereby varied to include and revoke the above No Waiting at Any Time restrictions. The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st July 2017 for 20 days, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and work force while bridge reconstruction works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via: Abberton Road, Layer Road, Bridleway 2, Footpath 1, Footpath 176 and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Damants Farm Lane, Thorpe-le-Soken in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Thorpe Road to its junction with Walton Road, a distance of approximately 1176 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2230230 - Essex County Council). (Plough Road, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plough Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring from outside St Marys Farm entrance for a distance of approximately 20 m in both directions. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM53723578 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace manhole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Holly Bush Hill, Dial Road, Clacton Road, Church Road, Station Road, Great Bentley Road, Thorrington Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Clacton Road, Great Holland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clacton Road, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Little Clacton for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC11W00000IBJM7DHM1 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing damaged pole works are undertaken by BT.

(Colchester Road, Peldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Peldon in the Borough of Colchester, from a point 15m north of its junction with The Strood for a distance approximately 57 m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2017 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AD03151422930/01 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Peldon Rose Access Road, Mersea Road and vice versa.

(Morrow Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Morrow Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Little Bromley Road to its junction with Waterhouse Lane, a distance of approximately 1082 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2229933 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Artillery Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Artillery Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Kimberley Road for a distance of approximately 45 m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD030000010457724 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Shield Farm Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Frating Road to its junction with Back Road, for a distance of approximately 496 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2230104 - Essex County Council). (Hythe Hill, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hythe Hill, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Hythe Quay to its junction with Maudlyn Road, a distance of approximately 141 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th July 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153033088 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Island removal, sign installation, white lining and resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Planning Application Essex County Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice under Article 15

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Veolia for Retention of existing office building and depot use; demolition of existing building and additional construction of a new open fronted building with internal storage bays to be used as a Waste Transfer Station with ancillary development including a new weighbridge, water holding tank, pump house, new storage container and additional site exit at The Hythe, Colchester, Essex,CO2 8HT ESS/31/17/COL. 2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the event. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The temporary stopping restrictions are scheduled to commence 8am on 14 July 2017 to 8pm on 15 July 2017 and the closures are scheduled to commence on 15th July 2017 between the hours of 6am to 8pm and are required for public safety while the 16 Air assault brigade and Colchester Garrison Show 2017 takes place.

The Order will come into effect 14 July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
