Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of Knights Field and Steed Crescent in the Borough of Colchester: Road Description

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Duke Court for a distance of approximately 27m in a northwesterly
direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM53635884 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. (Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.9) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in Schedule 1.

2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" and "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking & Special Parking Area) Order 2014" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 13/07/2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Queen Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queen Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Culver Street East to its junction with St Botolph's Circus, for a distance of approximately 183m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th July 2017 for 1 night, or where stated on a valid permit (AD02653066661 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole access for jetting works are undertaken by Anglian Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mersea Road, Langenhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with School Lane, for a distance of approximately 7 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03153581752 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Mains works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Artillery Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Artillery Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Kimberley Road, for a distance approximately 90 m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th September 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WBAUSEIBQCU4ET01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while building a new joint box and laying cable works are undertaken by BT.

(Station Road, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 288m south of its junction with Mary Warner Road for a distance approximately 220 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th September 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD021SEW-10467-05-EW015 - Anglian Water).
