(Little Clacton Road, Clacton) (40MPH Speed Limit) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2), and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40MPH speed limit on the following length of Little Clacton Road, Clacton in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 280 metres south of its junction with Dead Lane, southwards for a distance of approximately 1147 metres to a point approximately 150 metres north of its junction with Constable Avenue (the road is currently national speed limit).
