(Artillery Street, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Artillery Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 50m north of its junction with King Stephen Road, for a distance of approximately 30 m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th June 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000596966 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution. An alternative route is available via Barrack Street, Port Lane, Artillery Street, Kimberley Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Millers Lane, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Millers Lane, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 40 m south of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 20 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD03153603865 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via New Farm Road, Chapel Road, Villa Road, London Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 25th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Seaview Avenue, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Seaview Avenue, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 60 m from its junction with East Road, for a distance of approximately 29 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000595745 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new gas service pipe works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

An alternative route is available via East Road, Fairhaven Avenue, Victoria Esplanade and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 7th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Newbridge Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Newbridge Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Birchwood Way for a distance of approximately 84 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000596746 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Maypole Road, Barbrook Lane, Green Lane, Grove Road, Wilkin Drive, Kiltie Road, Newbridge Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 17th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Square, St. Osyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Orderunder Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Square, St. Osyth in the District of Tendring, from its junction with The Bury to its junction with Spring Road, a distance of approximately 100 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2226008 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via The Bury, Spring Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 27th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oxford Road, Colchester) (Temporary Clearway) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on that length of Oxford Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Lexden Road to its junction with Inglis Road, a distance of approximately 360m.

The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 and The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking & Special Parking Area) Order 2014 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The Clearway is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP20153031293 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree removal and lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 27th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Skye Hall Hill, Langham & Water Lane, Langham)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Skye Hall Hill, Langham and Water Lane, Langham in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Skye Hall Hill, Boxted to the junction with Docuras Farm Road, a distance approximately 654 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CM1W026JULEA3FLU64B - BT & BC005CM1W0026JULEA3FLU64 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while restore service works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Skye Hall Hill, Dedham Road, Water Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dyers Road, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dyers Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Blackberry Road for a distance of approximately 260 m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August 2017 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD038SEW-10732-01 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe laying works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

The Works will be carried out in 2 phases, with phase 1 commencing on the above date.

Phase 1 will be from the junction with Blackberry Road, to its junction with Egremont Way.

Phase 2 will be from the junction with Egremont Way to a point approximately 130 m in a southeasterly direction. An alternative route is available via Blackberry Road, Warren Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 14th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Firlie Walk, Colchester & Talcott Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Firlies Walk Colchester & Talcott Road, Colchester, in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Queen Elizabeth Way to the junction with Queen Elizabeth Way (both ends), a distance of approximately 197 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th June 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2227995 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Queen Elizabeth Way and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 1st June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Florries Road, Great Tey, & Burnthouse Road, Great Tey & Burnthouse Road, Earls Colne (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Florries Road, Great Tey & Burnthouse Road, Great Tey & Burnthouse Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from the junction with the road to Florries Farm for a distance approximately 350 m in a Northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CN17W08AUGIBP1PRAK/Prak1/ Prak2- BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while restoring service works are undertaken

by BT.

An alternative route is available via Burnthouse Road, Earls Colne Road, Newbarn Road, Brook House Road, Flories Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 1st June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cage Lane, Boxted & Chapel Road, Boxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Cage Lane, Boxted and Chapel Road, Boxted in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Boxted Straight Road to the junction with Mill Road, Boxted, a distance of approximately 1791 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2226476 - Essex County Council EP201EH2228036 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 1st June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Roosevelt Way, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Roosevelt Way, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Stalin Road to its junction with Barn Hall Avenue, for a distance of approximately 268m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2202998 - Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 1290m in a Southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2227079 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
