Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Magnox Limited for the continuation of use of building "B" until 31st December 2019 without compliance with condition 9 (usage of buildings) of planning permission ESS/41/07/ MAL at Bradwell Power Station, Bradwell on Sea, Southminster, Essex, CM0 7HP - ESS/26/17/MAL

Notice is hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to install a Zebra Crossing on the following length of B1021 Church Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon as follows: Road Description
B1021 Church The centre line of the crossing will be located Road, Burnham- approximately 106 metres north of the centre line on-Crouch of the B1010 Maldon Road.

(Birchwood Road, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Birchwood Road, Purleigh in the Maldon District, from its junction with Chimney Pot Lane for a distance of approximately 1295 metres to its junction with Lodge Lane. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd May 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2226385 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Birchwood Road, Hackmans Lane, Goat House Lane, Burnham Road, Chelmsford Road, Lodge Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(St Marys Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Marys Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon from a point approximately 50 m East of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 19 m in an Easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0081000592495 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Marsh Road, Glendale Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
